Hi @Anonymous Check the APN on the phone that's not working. Change your apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk" and it should work abroad. When you get home you need to call O2 and ask the to change your data package to iData for iPhone, then reset your network settings so the apn is back to "iData.o2.co.uk". Edited to ask if both phones are using the same

Its not looks like as 2hrs before sim was fine in UK and after 2hrs flight and in different country its not working, very strange for me hope somebody from O2 will fix it as I dont want be without phone all my holiday just because they incompetence as support (24hrs support) dont answering.
Here's how you can fix the 4g data not working problem: Launch your device Settings. Tap Network & Internet (or Mobile networks depending on how it is on your phone) Next, select the preferred network mode. Doing so will reveal a pop-up menu. Now, select the highest network mode: usually 2G/3G/4G (auto).
In November I went to Paris with my android and used data with no problem. I'm in Italy right now, with my iPhone, and I can't use the data. Both the data and the roaming is turned on. I've tried my card on my sisters phone (she's here with me) and it worked fine. I've checked with my carrier and everything's fine with my card and data plan.

Hi, I’m currently in Germany and my data is not working even though it’s included in my contract. I’ve turned mobile data roaming on and changed the apn but it’s still doesn’t work. There is an E symbol on the top left of my screen when I turn the data on. I’m not sure how to fix this. Please help,
